Joshua turned 6 months old a few days ago, which is so hard to believe. When I was pregnant we prayed daily for Joshua to be strong and courageous, and we have seen how God has answered that prayer. One example is how early Joshua is mastering things that Sean didn't figure out this early. Joshua has become my little roly poly. Sean didn't roll around until after he was 7 months old, but Joshua is all over the place and has been for a little while. He has a big brother to keep up with, though, so he is pretty motivated.
He is laughing and talking all the time. He loves Sean and wants to be able to see him from wherever he is. This has become an issue when Joshua is eating, he only wants to eat enough to take away the hunger pains, then he wants to watch Sean. He is so easily distracted. Then he wants to play catch up during the night.
We have spent 3 out of the last 4 weeks with two rounds of colds. The first time was awful and we were all miserable, but this current round has been less intense and miserable for everyone. Joshua is not my great sleeper, he never has been, but it's even worse when he is sick. It is has been a long month, I am so ready to be well. As Austin's boss used to say "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired". That pretty much sums up our month. I'm looking forward to a healthier April.
